Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation & Early Termination Policy All memberships are sold at a discounted rate based on the commitment term selected. By enrolling, the member agrees to maintain the membership for the full term. Early Cancellation If a membership is canceled before the end of the agreed commitment period, the member will be charged an early termination adjustment fee. This fee is calculated as follows: The member will be responsible for paying the difference between the discounted membership rate paid and the regular (non-member or month-to-month) rate for each month the membership was active. Any remaining balance due will be charged at the time of cancellation. Cancellation Timing The earlier the membership is canceled, the greater the adjustment may be, based on how many months were received at the discounted rate. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through the studio’s designated cancellation process. Memberships remain active and billable until the cancellation adjustment is paid in full. No Refunds No refunds are issued for unused time, unused classes, or partially used months. One-month or short-term promotional memberships are non-refundable and non-cancelable once activated. Payment Responsibility Failure to complete the membership term or pay the early termination adjustment does not relieve the member of financial responsibility. Unpaid balances may be charged to the card on file.
